TradieDial does not use advertising cookies or cross-site advertising trackers. We use essential session cookies in protected product areas and cookieless, aggregate telemetry on public pages.
1. Essential session cookies

These cookies are HTTP-only, signed, secure in production and SameSite=Lax. They contain an expiry and signed account reference, not the user's password. They are necessary for the requested authenticated service and cannot be disabled within TradieDial; users can sign out or delete them in browser settings.
2. Local storage
Internal dashboard and sales-cockpit tools may store non-sensitive interface preferences on the device, such as test mode, map/board visibility, training mode and which messages were marked read. This information stays in that browser and can be cleared using browser site-data controls. It is not used for advertising.
3. Public-page analytics
Vercel Web Analytics records aggregate public-page information such as route, referrer, approximate country, browser, operating system and device type. It does not set third-party cookies, associate events with a named person or create a cross-site profile. Its temporary visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours.
Vercel Speed Insights records anonymous web-performance measurements such as route, device/browser category, country and Core Web Vitals. We use this to find slow or unstable pages.
TradieDial blocks both tools on dashboards, staff pages and token-bearing continuation, onboarding, subscription and unsubscribe routes. We do not put tracking pixels in outreach email.
4. Your choices
Because the current site does not set non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, it does not display a marketing-cookie consent banner. You can block scripts or clear site data through your browser. Blocking essential cookies prevents protected dashboards from working. If we introduce optional cookies, advertising technology or identifiable analytics, we will update this notice and obtain consent before using them where required.
