Marketing and Outreach Notice
Effective and last updated: 30 August 2026
Received an email from us? This page tells you why, what we hold and how to stop all further contact. Use the unsubscribe link in the email or reply “unsubscribe”. We place the address and relevant company/domain on our suppression list.
1. Who contacted you
The sender is acting for the individual operator of the TradieDial trading name in Iceland, established in Iceland. Business address: awaiting publication. Email: support@tradiedial.com. The sender's personal name and working reply address appear in the message.
2. Why we may contact your business
TradieDial helps trade businesses answer missed calls, capture jobs, identify urgent enquiries and book work. We may contact a business contact where the service appears relevant to the company's published trade, services, location or emergency availability. We do not target people using sensitive characteristics or private-life information.
Where personal data is used, our intended lawful basis is legitimate interests in introducing a relevant business service and growing TradieDial, balanced against the contact's interests and reasonable expectations. We document that assessment and apply the safeguards below.
3. Information and sources
We may hold the company name, legal/entity type, trade, service area, website, public business address, a decision-maker's name/role, a work email or telephone number, and source/evidence metadata. Sources may include:
- the company's own website or public contact page;
- official corporate registers, including Companies House;
- public business listings or directories whose terms permit the relevant use;
- a referral, prior enquiry, event or direct communication; and
- a vetted provider operating under an approved source policy.
We record provenance for discovered facts. You may ask us for the source used for your record. We do not permit unrestricted scraping, and a source being publicly visible does not automatically make every reuse permissible.
4. UK outreach rules we apply
- Unsolicited email is limited to a verified corporate subscriber, such as a limited company or LLP, unless the recipient has validly consented or the PECR soft opt-in applies.
- Sole traders, ordinary partnerships and unknown or ambiguous entity types are blocked unless a valid consent/soft-opt-in route is recorded.
- Personal business-contact data is used only where a documented lawful basis applies.
- Every message identifies TradieDial and the sender, uses a genuine reply address and provides a working opt-out.
- If live marketing calling is used, the relevant list must be screened against TPS and CTPS, the calling number must be displayed, and the caller must identify themselves and TradieDial.
- Automated marketing calls will not be made without the consent required by PECR.
- Mailforge infrastructure is used only for outreach permitted by applicable law and the provider's current sending policy. Addresses must be verified, the sender must be identified, and every message must provide a working opt-out.
5. United States outreach rules we apply
If US outreach is enabled, commercial email must use accurate routing and sender information, a non-deceptive subject, clear identification as an advertisement, a valid physical postal address and a clear opt-out. The opt-out mechanism must remain available for at least 30 days and requests are honoured within 10 business days. Applicable state privacy and marketing rules must be assessed for the selected market and audience before activation.
6. Automated qualification and safety
Automation may normalise, deduplicate, enrich, verify and prioritise business records. Before any AI score is considered, deterministic controls check source permission, entity type, contact validity, suppression, frequency, market rules and mailbox safety. AI cannot override a failed rule. Uncertainty fails closed.
- No more than one person at a company is contacted at a time by the automated system.
- Contact details must be reverified when stale.
- Company, contact, domain and global suppressions are checked immediately before sending.
- Message frequency and mailbox/domain limits are enforced transactionally.
- Outreach email contains no remote image or open-tracking pixel.
- Discovery, qualification, rejection, assignment and source-allocation decisions are recorded in append-only audit records; mutable processing state is kept separately where required.
7. Opt out or object
You can use the signed unsubscribe link in any email, reply “unsubscribe”, tell us during a call, or email support@tradiedial.com. You do not need to give a reason or create an account. We stop marketing and retain only the minimum suppression data reasonably needed to prevent accidental re-contact.
If the message reached the wrong person, reply with that correction and we will update or remove the contact. An objection to direct marketing is not balanced against our interests; it is honoured.
8. Retention and sharing
Unconverted prospect records are reviewed at least annually and normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months of the last meaningful interaction unless a fresh lawful reason applies. Source evidence and verification expire earlier where the source policy requires it. We do not sell contact data. Providers receive only what is necessary to verify, send, classify replies, schedule meetings, secure the service or maintain the audit trail, as described in our Sub-processor Notice.
9. Your rights and complaints
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, source information or a copy of data, and you may object to marketing at any time. See the Privacy Policy for the complete rights and complaints process. UK representative: appointment awaiting publication.
